Onion cheese stuffed paratha

Ingredients:

3 cups of whole wheat flour

oil spray or a little sesame oil to cook

For stuffing:

3 onions

1 small cup shredded mozzarella cheese

chopped coriander leaves

salt to taste

black pepper powder

1 green chili chopped (optional)

Method:

Knead the flour with water and keep aside. Prepare the stuffing. Chop onions, coriander leaves and chili. Mix everything and add salt, pepper powder, and shredded/grated mozzarella cheese.

There are 2 ways to make paratha.

Take a little dough, roll it into roti, and make another roti. Put the stuffing inside a roti and cover with the other by sealing the edges.

Another way is to take a little dough and roll it into a small-sized roti, then make another small roti. Put the stuffing inside a roti and cover it with the other by sealing the edges and rolling it into a bigger size roti.

Now put this paratha on a flat pan on a mid-high flame. Let it cook for a few seconds till brown dots appear, then flip it. Now put a few drops of sesame oil and spread it on the paratha. Flip again and spread a little oil on this side too and cook.

Similarly make other parathas. The cheesy crunchy parathas can be enjoyed with ketchup or chutney.
